Deprivation of rights in foreshore frontage and possible future reclamations.

Deprivation of rights of sea access, user and occupation. Loss of pier and wharage rights.

Deprivation of all other rights apurtenant to the lots as Marine Lots.

Such deprivations, other than those enumerated, as may be occasioned by Section 8 of the Ordinance.

Loss of tenants and rentals occasioned by the removal of the trades-prople and shop-keepers occupying the premises on account of loss of trade due to the removal of the fore-

•shore and floating population in the immediate neighbour- -hood.

7.

Deterioration in the value of the premises and possible necessary cost of re-erection thereof occasioned by any raising of existing adjoining levels.

8.

All loss occasioned on any such re-erection by compulsory compliance with existing building laws.

9.

Deterioration in the value of the premises occasioned by the erection of any fresh premises between the existing premises and the sea.

10.

Deterioration in the value of the premises and in the rentals therefrom occasioned by the dumping of rubbish and otherwise in the course of filling in and by the works occasioned by the reclamation of the foreshore.
